As someone here said, CHC is trying to adapt to a rapidly changing world. The question is does it do it well?

They use all the buzz words in meetings but nothing materializes. Agile, okcs, blockchain, people first Lol, empowerment, intelligent, cloud, ecosystem, organic, add your own buzz word here. In the end only 3 buzzwords apply: favoritism, politics, and red tape
In a word, no. For a tech company, keeping up with the cutting edge sure does feel like pulling a stick out of the mud.
