Uncle Carl in April was still buying stock. Why would he tolerate a CEO on Forbes 10 worst / highest paid to performance CEOs? Something has to be happening as Cabin-boy JV and Uncle Carl rearrange deck chairs on the Titanic. Just can’t figure out how Carl gets his payback (and you KNOW he will). Why do I feel like it is going to cost me personally in the end?

Most likely, Carl is looking to take Xerox Private and strip it for parts. 3D printing becomes its own business, CareAR, Eloque, etc etc. He tolerates Jv because JV is carls puppet. He put him in charge and needs him there to make his plans work. Further evidence of Carl knowing something is a) the executive incentive plan was changed last year so that execs get more $$ in case of a corporate transaction and b) the board votted to allow shareholders who own 20% of the company stock to call a special meeting of the board without advance notice. Carl is the only person who has 20% or more which he recently pushed to get to that threshold along with the board vote. So yeah, Xerox is going private or doing a big m and a deal.
Hello, buy buy buy, sell sell sell. Getting poised boyz and girlz for the auction block where Mr. Ichan will come out on top regardless.
Xerox is more than copiers/printers? How much “more”? Please show me substantial specific revenue #s of anything non copier/printer?

What P's me off is when market or media pundits refer to copies or copiers. Myopic and unprepared AF
correction. print is the only thing that makes any real $
Don’t try to educate the bottom feeder trolls that like to waste their time daily making useless, speculative posts. They have an extremely myopic view on business in general.

If you think Xerox is all about print, then you are looking through a very narrow lens.. Your view is not the total view of what Xerox offers.
We went digital in my department during covid, didn't change when we went back. Can't remember when I lasted printed anything, if that is the case at Xerox what does it look like at our customers offices? There is no way this doesn't turn into a sh&%storm.
