We are out of stock on the most basic merchandise the customers are looking for twin mattress pads, ironing boards, kitchen timers, TOILET SEATS !
They need to get these basic items into the stores or game over. Every day I get yelled at because we don’t have what they want. All the managers care about is conversion. Get the sh*t in the stores and conversion will go up. Listen to the customers!!!!

How much you want to bet not more than 1in 10 associate could name all the in house brands. Customers although MT will never admit it probably 1in 50 might know. Or they think they walked into Target.The first step admit you were wrong .!
a lotta people on here tried to blame it on supply chain a couple months ago
it's getting more and more obvious it's because we can't pay our vendors, so the only merch we're getting in is owned brand, and we're even running low on a lot of that stuff!
I was thinking the same thing as I was putting away replen. WHY are we so empty? Other companies have too much product. News reports show major retailers slashing prices to move through over stock.
It’s hard to keep flexing for all the holes. That’s not whining It’s reality. The only thing in stock is owned brands. That makes conversion so very difficult. Store Managers aren’t being buttheads. They are frustrated too.

Its over the 3rd stack is under water and the life boats are almost gone. The band will p!at on. MT and all his minions have their boats bet you a** on that!
Seriously, we can't sell what we don't have. Customers just go to Target or Khol's when we don't have what they need.
