This is already happening in our area. Store managers are being ordered to flex down significantly in allowable hours.
They have already done this in multiple regions. What do you mean? It is already happening.

If cutbacks are gonna be legit, at least let personnel dread something that is factually coming. There’s not use in posting made up stories like this just to stir things up because you think its funny. Things are tough already and getting worse, people are struggling and stressed enough as it is w/out someone posting fake news.

Cutting hours (and jobs) is on the horizon. With hyper inflation and a government at war with oil companies, people will react by changing their spending habits and reduce spending on home improvement projects, vacations, etc. I know I have. I'm not making nearly as many trips to Lowe's as I used to, and I know it cannot just be 'me' thinking this way.
Plant vendor. Hours have been cut (Lowe's provides our scheduled hours) and according to our company it is only going to get worse. Plant deliveries have not slowed up at all. Good Luck OSLG.

I work in OSLG and we have so many plants right now! We look like we're ready for spring business, not JUNE when it's too hot and most people are done playing around with the flowers in their yards! There's no way this is going to be "consequence-free"!!! Get ready for all those years of bad decisions (not manufacturing our country's own products, taking advantage of easy credit, etc) to come back to bite us all in the backside--big time!!!
