I think that all those who decided to waste their time here, hoping that they will be paid to leave or be able to quickly find a job in the future, have made a huge mistake.
It may sound pessimistic, but I think it will be just the opposite of what they hoped for. I don’t think I’m the only one who regrets not being a layoff target two years ago?

The trolls keep at it. Leave Allstater leave. Leave on your own so we won’t have to pay your severance. We will make it as difficult as possible on you until you break. Until you end up in a mental ward. Just leave. Just go. That’s the message and the method. I ain’t going anywhere until I get laid off and get my severance ! 30 years in this pit. You owe me !
Thats fine if you want to leave but I'm getting my 8 years worth of severance lol. Every person's situation is different. Layoffs are imminent in the next 6 - 12 months. I'm getting paid first then switch jobs
