A lot of people (including the majority of talent) believe Xerox has no future so they leave. They spread the word that Xerox is done for so very few of those who know what they're doing want to join. With high attrition and no backfilling, those who stayed behind are overworked and many decide to leave, making the situation even worse for those still employed. Rinse and repeat. Add to that incompetent management that is blind to what's been going on and continues to lay people off amid a major shortage of employees, and you get a failing company with no future. A self-inflicted wound if I ever saw one.

Understatement of the year.
The executive team was more focused on shareholder return than the customer experience. Q1 lost money and I think more losses are coming. Customer leaving in droves! So are employees
The downfall was underway prior to folks bailing out. Exodus compounded by no backfill is a catalyst, not a root cause
Xerox lost many, many loyal hardworking people due to their boneheaded management.
yawnnn.....
