That is the caption on the Contact page. 270 fresh careers to destroy. It is unconscionable to teach kids that this is how a company should act. Interns, if you read this, run!

But one point missed regarding the interns is this generation is about making moves. So, if that’s the case, they come to AIG as an intern and at the very least, they do get a tremendous work experience and do learn a lot. The trick is I believe to jump ship in about 3 - 5 years.
It is another attempt to show AIG "diversity". If we bring in primarily females and people of color and parade them around it shows we really care about diversity. Compare the of diversity in the group of interns to the diversity at the corporate executive level and tell me who really cares about equality.
Pay them $60 an hour, who cares? PZ is collecting $22,000,000. AIG will pay for virtue signaling. They just won't pay the people who actually do the work. Those people get 2%. The crazy thing is that the interns make more than most employees. This company is so backwards in everything they do.
Jokes on you guys. They make 60 bucks an hour to do nothing. None of them intend on staying
Alright kids, here's the lesson. As you move up the corporate ladder the employees below you that do the work become less and less important. You can think of them as an expensive nuisance.
If you outsource their positions, you can achieve short term gains that will help you boost the stock price. The peasant workers don't understand stock price because they cannot participate in our bonus plans. Once you collect several years of executive salaries, outsource most internal jobs and sell the most valuable companies you exercise your stock options and leave the company.
Do you get the point kids? Average employees are nothing more than a disposable expense. The company is nothing more than a vehicle to get rich. Executive compensation is everything. No, AIG will most likely not survive, but that's not a worry. This executive team will be gone before they close the doors.
That's the lesson kids. You don't need morals, integrity or a conscious. Just learn that executive greed is your most valuable asset, and you will go far if you can find a corrupt team and board that will support your plan.
Good luck!
We’re gonna show you how NOT to do things… pay attention!
It will be a quick lesson in failed corporate greed.
