first, who comes up with these clunky names? and second, how many customers are we going to irritate when, after pushing beyond plus and the bed bath and beyond credit card for the last year or two, we're now pushing an ENTIRELY new program? "oh, sorry, you can't use beyond plus anymore, but you can go through the sign up all over again, for less of a discount, but you can earn points!"

they tried to stop coupons cold turkey, within the first month realized it was a huge mistake, and then admitted it and tried to quick start sending coupons out again, lol
now customers can still get coupons, but we exclude basically everything in store from the coupons because we have a new half a$$ed sale every week that brings product down to what it should be priced at to begin with
When the volume of coupons being distributed were reduced so were the number of customers using our store and/or online for their purchases…..big mistake!

It was so ubiquitous it was written into America’s pop culture.

Lets do everything we can to eliminate it.

i mean, even ‘happier rewards’ or ‘rewards, happier’ would at LEAST tie in the concept
I like the "HOME, HAPPIER" slogan. It seems like a place where all the sh-t canned C-suiters will end up after LOOTING BBBY.
On the bright side it is a new metric to ride you about since conversion is getting stale.
