A lot of people are leaving and it is very obvious that UP has big problems with hiring because rarely does anyone want to work here anymore.
On the other hand, inflation bites into the company's profit and the economy will very likely tip into a recession. I wonder how much longer until we start hearing about furloughs and layoffs.

If you cut the clueless managers, how about cutting some of the lazy, dead beat workers with them?

Once you hear about big boy gettin on the tracks again to draw attention again , youll know layoffs and walkouts are to come with it.
They need to start cutting down on management.
