I am very unhappy with the workplace transparency here. Most companies are not transparent, but I'm tired of constantly guessing what's going on and listening to rumors. Or perhaps I expect too much from management when it comes to sharing information with us?

They will share info when the Feds raid their office in Manhattan.
Belk is never going to share any information. Don't forget belk and sycamore have one agenda. $$$. They don't care how many associates experience anxiety about how it is run or when it will close.
