Announcements of stores in July and liquidation beginning September? This can’t be!

Baby will be sold off as a last ditch cash grab for the C Suites, Harmon still has some value so maybe another company like Kreuger will keep them; that's my guess
It really can't be all that surprising that there will be more store closings and corporate layoffs. What does everyone think will actually happen here? The writing on the wall has been there for over a year now. The more interesting question is what happens to Baby and Harmon?
I was told on a district call all remodels remaining for fiscal 2022 were pushed to next year. I find it unlikely our cash flow will improve enough by then lol. We spent all our cash buying back worthless stock. Now we would have to borrow at higher and higher interest rates when our lines of credit are exhausted.
i mean, SOMEONE has to be in charge. i know there are specific teams that at the very least handle all the remodels in a region, so you can assume a person is managing them (or getting paid to at least)
I think that VP “left” the company a couple years ago. Lol. Do we have anybody with that title anymore?
I wish they would elaborate. Just give us the details. You must know more.
BBBY employees are dying here.. loss of hours, loss of wages and loss of mind set.
I see my fellow coworkers and such a sad time we are in as we employees are asked to put on that smiley face help our customers even when our customers are asking up if we are closing. BBBY doesn’t want mass exodus of employees by telling the truth as they are just stringing us along. SM keeps telling us it will get better this is just a copy and paste from corporate.
Just give us the truth instead of hinting
When will they announce? My store hasn’t had any buzz about any remodel. Does that mean we are on the chopping block?
Not a surprise! We have been incredibly slow! And conversion is less than usual.
Why is anyone surprised? What did ya all think would happen? Stores that are not profitable should close.
VP of the "I have no source but post anyway" confirmed this
Looks to be some leaks in the department
VP of Development and Construction verified this post
Can you verify?
Where did you get your information on store closing.
