@ 1ha2kCYr so why didn’t she replace them? A leaders job isn’t to keep on compensating for an incompetent team.
KP did a pretty good job of compensating for a lot of mediocrity and incompetence in her Leadership team. Must have been tiring to carry half a department on your shoulders.

Majority of them are not competent enough to fetch a coffee for someone. I have no experience in HR and could do a better job than all of these loser sycophants.

HR has a long history of handing out director titles like Oprah hands out free trips to Jamaica. The HR “Directors” would barely be Managers in other departments.
