News flash - employment is available elsewhere. Don’t let X normal be your normal. There are opportunities.

The print industry is shrinking. Covid accelerated that trend. Stay where you are if you are near retirement age, but if you are in the 30-40’s range look for another path. Clearly nobody in their 20’s is uninformed enough to choose print for a career.

There's not much meat left on the bone. Everyone is already doing 2x what they did 3 years ago at a minimum. Things are going to be bad in the 2nd half with a looming recession so they could still cut, but you'll start seeing direct impacts to output at this point.

I honestly thought the numbers would be much higher. Xerox not firing enough and fast enough - plenty of flesh left to tear through.
