@1rul+1hWSMDbp I believeLL5s are empty positions. The company should layoff all the LL5s, promote the good LL6s to LL5s, and eliminate the rest, leaving the LL6 as a technical position only. Cull 60-80% of the other management positions, and if possible eliminate another LL layer.

Eliminate 100% LL5; Eliminate 100% LL3; Eliminate 30% LL2; Eliminate 30% LL4; Eliminate 30% LL6; Then eliminate the GSRs whose lips were attached to the eliminated

Ford has over 50 LL1, 200 LL2, 450 LL3 and 1300 LL4, 1900 LL5 globally. Ford has too many pass-through People Leaders who add NO value. Terminate 50% of the People Leaders then talk about reducing the people who do the work.

JF is not an honorable man, more of a piece of sh-t a puppet and a coward, didn't even have the decency to address his subordinates with his own words, had to read from a teleprompter. We are truly living through the worst of Ford leadership, quite a shame, a company with such big potential.

Even if they cut LL6 they will go back to GSR 8 and later get back to LL6.

Employers don’t trust the leadership, leaders don’t trust the market and finally customers don’t trust the products.

It should include at least 50% of LL ranks, or the people who actually do work will be leaving, and the people who add no value will stay.

Ford continues to hire upper managers from outside of the company.
