Hours are a joke! Not safe in the buildings . Whenever they give you hours for project they just steal it from somewhere else. I understand sales = hours. With hours this low we will never get sales again.

It is moralE.not moral. I would be scared to look at some of the resumes coming from posters
The moral of our store associates is at an all time low. No goals, no enthusiasm and no longer any pride in customer service. Associates actively discussing job searches with our customers... I've heard it and am outraged. What has this leadsership wrought?
The safety of the associate is the least of their concerns. It will when somebody gets hurt due to poor staffing. Back in the day you would have to have at least 5 people or you couldn't stay open or open.
throwing more hours at a store might not drive traffic, but not having staff will drive away what little traffic comes in. i will agree with product selection tho, none of it matters if we don't have anything for people to buy
company is down -30% every day. throwing more hours at a store will not drive traffic. the product selection is limited and not what the customer wants. you could have as much payroll as you want, that is not going to get them into the building. the end.
