UAW's rights were earned by violence and blood ( look at history ) , it didn't come easily.
As-----nations, bombings have to make the boss afraid. Salary employees don't have such protection because the fear wasn't not ironed in management's minds
If only there was some sort of organization the salaried workers could form to get the same benefits as the UAW.
There is a shortage nationwide on hourly blue collar workers. So, no one is wondering. Production is slow and can't deliver what's demanded. You can safe money though simply by not developing anything and instead just build what is there.
It's times like these where you see who your real friends are and who are the ones getting ready to st*b anyone they can in the back.
Seeing a whole Lotta finger pointing on this board as one would expect. “GSRs should be fired because of…” or “The work from home people should be fired…” or “The leadership level should be fired…” but really not too much politics. If you’ve seen some politics that ruffled your feathers perhaps you are overly political and too sensitive about it and somebody must be right over the target.
