If your criteria is you wont work for any company being investigated by the EU, I think your only option will be “Hot Dog on a Stick”

This is just a more elaborate version of the story that we already knew. That the EU could potentially slow down the transaction. Meaning a best-case scenario could add a year to the clock.

Just remember that if the deal falls through you still have two identities who want to sell VMware at the first chance they get. They will find someone else to buy us. So we're effed either way.
