Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

I don't know any PepsiCo employees who're happy with their job and the company's directions right now

Do you?

Everyone knows if the org health results are bad they will be put on a task force to do more work to fix the problem. Hours will be wasted, presentations made and nothing will change. Ever.

But the org health surveys say otherwise. 83% = satisfied with pay
90% = satisfied with benefits
79% = satisfied with their sup/mgr
You know the deal. I just wanna know who really believes this BS that people are really happy at those percentages? I smell fill in the circle fraud all day long.

I am willing to guess a few - Ramon and the boys in NY, Dallas and Chicago. Everyone else is hanging on for dear life. I had a complete physical and mental breakdown at work this morning from long term chronic illness exacerbated by doing two jobs now for 8 months with zero days off. My colleagues were wonderfully supportive - the management seemingly could care less if I had dropped dead on the floor. One less person to pay severance to. This entire company is a horror movie with a bad ending. The only sequel to this disaster flick - that makes sense - is called find another job in another company. Hey Ramon - you proud of yourself? Faster, stronger, sicker. Anyone smiling now?

If the answer is no, that tells you all you need to know about the state and quality of this place.
