I’ve heard from someone in Tech. RIF is coming 6 months or less. Not sure what department is gonna get hit in tech or all departments. Anyone knows more ???

What other online outlets has info on layoffs?
I can't speak to specifics or to this thread in particular but there has been too much posted on these boards and other similar online outlets and chatter within enterprises of the company to not think some kind of decent sized scale of outsourcing and layoffs is coming relatively soon. The big questions are what areas impacted, how many, and when? People that see these boards know all these answers but they just are not or cannot say.

I heard from someone who heard from someone else that there will be undisclosed number of layoffs at an undisclosed time.

So you heard from someone who had no details and that is somehow news?
Considering most tech people already offshore and allstate is behind the times on technology this seems to be nothing more than the classic stirring the pot post
