I think that two years is quite enough for a person to gain enough experience and upgrade his or her skills to be able to find something better. After about two years at Cisco, I felt that if I stayed any longer, I would only be wasting my time here. I think that now the average length of stay of new employees at Cisco is about that much, two years, if not maybe even shorter?

I have to ask, what did you learn that took two years?
The only thing I learned was a company with little real competition can set prices so high that no amount of technical and managerial incompetence can waste more money than they can charge. Then I went to the break room for my second free soda.
The 19 thing is a joke because there is a troll on this board in the Cisco section that comes into every post and says they left 19 years ago and they are loving life.
I work 19 minutes per day. RTP is closing.
@1jxq+1hUIfY4S Have you seen it 19 times?
19 this, 19 that, why the heck is everyone so obsessed with the number 19? Seen it on numerous recent posts. Is this some kind of secret code?
