Every known company is laying off and it's only ironic that NetApp hasn't yet. Can someone privileged enough to know when the ax will swing, help predict this?
There is so much work pressure and when you add this uncertainty, it just becomes overwhelming, as a result of which I am getting zero work done.

You are right. There’s no formal layoff project. People are leaving themselves…attrition at its finest.
People are let go all the time, as departments merge, reorgs happen, and so on. People here sensationalize that as mass layoffs, which isn't happening.
Lay-offs are happening but at lower scale.

Its interesting to see three replies to three different questions on this board in last hour stating the same - (LAYOFFS ARE NOT HAPPENING)
Every month someone on this board claims there’s a layoff coming. Hasn’t happened in a long time.
