I agree with the last two posts regarding timing and the current mood at work. Seems like logically it'd be tied to 2Q earnings, so I'd expect the axe to fall about the same time.

And the mood at work is pi-s poor today. My more tenured coworkers are extremely concerned and obviously no information to go off of. So we're all just in a perpetual stress cycle until something does happen. We've been discussing being prepared if/when the time comes, but that's really all you can do at this point. Abysmal situation and abhorrent that they're just letting this fly under the radar as much as they can. At least be honest with employees and don't blurt out scripted talking points.

There is a lot of people not paying attention to work today. Instead they are speculating about layoffs. This could have been avoided had the management been open with the worker. What a shame!

The 2Q earnings call is Wednesday at 5 PM. I would suggest if we're going to hear anything, it will be before that call with Wall Street and investors.

The cuts have been delayed until Christmas day hoping that the 'Attrition Psy-Ops' will work to cause many more to leave. This will save on severance, etc.

I don't know when the axe will actually start to fall, maybe Wed or Thr, but I know that productivity is already taking a hit from this news and how it's (yet again) being poorly addressed.

Well thanks to the individual who told Bloomberg. Otherwise, we would not know the numbers they plan. Question is when do they start? The fact our management lacks the courage to keep people informed. At Least Mark Fields gave ample warning vs what we have now. So, wander morale is in the toilet and people do not believe a thing senior management tell us.
Billy & Jimmy so much for People first.
