Boeing Set to Strike

https://www.reuters.com/business/aerospace-defense/boeing-union-workers-reject-contract-offer-call-strike-2022-07-24/

Is GE Aerospace willing to do the same next year if the contract is less than desirable?

The world has changed. If you want to stay out of the lower class you had better get a side hustle going. The days of retiring rich at the end of a manufacturing career are long over. Do the job and do something else on the side. Maybe something you enjoy. Good luck if you are hoping the union or anyone else is going to help you.

Boeings president is a throwback from the Neutron Jack era of yesterday. As long as we have clowns in management like this we will continue to have a circus. Bring me a balloon.

I do have a strange feeling about this contract. The company is already starting to make major moves. Management has always played games before a negotiation. Same old playbook. History repeats itself. We just have to live for today.
