Do newbies stand a better chance?

I am GSR 7 and been there for just 4 years. I cant possibly be making as much as the many LL6 and 5's around, right? Do I stand a better chance of surviving since I probably make less money? How does this usually go down historically?

If you ask yourself how this goes down historically, you might also want to consider not wasting your young life in automotive. better fields available that are not so volatile.

They cut diagonally through the teams to avoid discrimination suits. Unfortunately, that means the company ends up cutting a lot of good people. Tragic. Seriously.

Maybe. But in order to not get sued, they'll fire people from various you, ethnicity etc.
