it will not happen though.
Once this ball gets rolling it will be hard to stop. Too many of the core folks are right at or above the 30 year mark as a result of the mass FCG hirings from 1988 thru 1992.
Top that with the the Lump Sum...it is a perfect storm..
There is also a good number of LL6, LL5 and LL4 in this pool too.
What do you think will happen when an LL6 loses a couple key engineers and then a few supporting engineers also join. We have technical specialists that support many teams. These are well respected seasoned engineers who have used up all their bailing wire and bubble gum keeping this machine going. Farley and his clowns are looking for stakes for their circus tent.
