What to expect this week from Les the Mess:
- Price improvements: maybe we can charge the customer for every email we have to respond to. Say, $2,500/ sentence. “Oh, you need some coating baby, that’ll be $5,000 for the quote itself.” “Then we add a surcharge for spending the time to respond.”
- Backlogs: “ I know you guys sent me your backlog. Now, what’s going on?”
- “David Person, do we have enough coatings to meet demand?” (David Person) “ Force Majore baby!! No problems here”
- “Sales Team, I know we just had a call yesterday, now, what are you guys doing?”
Same stuff, every 2 weeks. Why do we keep this incompetent leadership around?
