What to expect this week from Les the Mess:

  1. Price improvements: maybe we can charge the customer for every email we have to respond to. Say, $2,500/ sentence. “Oh, you need some coating baby, that’ll be $5,000 for the quote itself.” “Then we add a surcharge for spending the time to respond.”
  2. Backlogs: “ I know you guys sent me your backlog. Now, what’s going on?”
  3. “David Person, do we have enough coatings to meet demand?” (David Person) “ Force Majore baby!! No problems here”
  4. “Sales Team, I know we just had a call yesterday, now, what are you guys doing?”

Same stuff, every 2 weeks. Why do we keep this incompetent leadership around?

More of the same ol’ same ol’. We need you guys to mark up our products as ridiculously high as you can before the customer goes somewhere else all while not investing a cent in our equipment, technology or people. Such a joke. If it want so predictable it’d be funny.

Les is pushing these new prices so hard, he’s literally handing our business over to our competition. We’re not the only inspection company who can perform SEA inspections.
