So you’re saying that if you have 20 years service time with AIG, Accenture honors those years? I heard something very different. And next year you get on Accenture’s pay scale?Hey, please let us know if after the first year that Accenture didn’t rif you. I’d be shocked if they didn’t and it’s not because of you, it’s because this is the new way of getting rid of us. Remember Bob’s one to five rating system? How many five’s did he get rid of?
You do not lose your service time, the first year you retain your AIG salary and then switch to whatever pay scale Accenture offers. I'm going to be rebadged early next year. They have offered weekly meetings with Accenture for rebadge employees.
You are off AIG’s books and no AIG benefits. You become an Accenture employee. That’s why. And, unless I’m mistaken, you lose your AIG time served so when Accenture rifs you, you’re gonna get squat and NOT the AIG severance package.
Then basically I shouldn’t see this as a good opportunity. What’s the purpose of even rebadging the person then, if they going to eventually get rid of them? They could have kept them at AIG and they could have transfer the knowledge that way.

It means start looking ASAP. Accenture will bring you on, use you until all your knowledge has been transferred offshore, then kick you off the account. If you can’t find another account within Accenture (which you mostly likely won’t) you’ll be terminated in a month or so. That’s the way companies such as Accenture, TCS, etc. work!
It means you have received the mark of the beast and your soul now belongs to a dark being. May god have mercy on your soul because no one at Accenture will.
And for you Star Trek fans...think of them as the Borg. Resistance is futile.
