When will they learn

When will NS management learn that it takes more than money to incentivize. They continue to offer bonuses to new hires that they openly state that they want gone completely from the future RR. Meanwhile they treat their existing employees like cr-p and expect them to recommend this job to friends and family. Ridiculous! Treat your employees better and then maybe we just might consider telling a friend about this place.

Unfortunately, they have already learned that psr puts more money in THEIR pocket, AND the shareholders pocket. The rest is all smoke and mirrors, and a dog and pony show for keeping up appearances.

I agree that it takes more than money. I know personally I do the absolute minimum that the contract requires. Doing more would just increase the risk of discipline and could lead to even fewer jobs. If I knew that they had my back if I got in a bind I would do a lot more. Instead, I know that they want to fire me at the first opportunity or force me to work myself or someone else out of a job.

I believe the referral bonus at my point is $2500. The problem is i don't have any relationships that are worth less to me than $2500. I figure whoever I help get a job will end up not speaking to me ever again so the $2500 will be all I'll have left of the friendship. Not a good trade in my mind.

Let us be CLEAR most of the ones Left Almost (Almost!!!!!) have 30 Years and are closing in on Age. We are here for the Retirement ONLY!!!! If there was a Buyout most of us would be gone!!!!

Money is all they have to offer. PSR decimated moral, jobs, lifestyle etc. Until they reverse course on the PSR (unlikely) money is all they have. It was a family environment when I first hired out, something thats gone now.
