Change is good. Sometimes, we need a good shake up and reality check in order for us to really open up our minds and eyes to know when it’s time to move on. The uncertainly of this company is not worth the stress. Now is a good time to move on. Good luck to all!

I've tried to stay positive but I think it may be time to move on. There is not much opportunity for growth and I fear things are going to get much harder than they already are.
