I sincerely hope that the leadership is becoming aware that a cheaper workforce will not help this company, but on the contrary, it will cause great harm to it. Look at what’s happening in HR and ops with all of the outsourcing, RIF,s and talent voluntarily leaving. It’s a 3 ring circus with constant mistakes and miscalculations. The old faithful, rock solid employees who could always be counted on have jumped ship and now management is lost. Truly embarrassing stuff.
I hear some businesses (especially Travelguard) are expressing concerns about the talent level of the IT staff since the Accenture deal. Number of critical incidents have spiked and they are not very happy.

I work for another company and they also outsourcing work outside the USA. It’s MO for companies to save on cost. It’s all about there pockets. They have no use for the lower rung people.

If you are just winding down a business, sr execs believe that anyone will do.
You think they care?
As long as they can save those Benji's...the rest can crater.
Savings over quality.
