If I leave Ford now during the middle of the year, will I still get a prorated bonus for the year 2022?

@2lac+1hPLLZkR In the past those who were in a lay off received the bonus check. Know for a fact that people in 2008 cut got prorated bonus and those in 2019 SRD got prorated bonus the following year.
Retire: Yes
Quit: No
Discharged, or released in the best interest of the Company: No
I'm assuming the latter includes SISP.
Common man. The biggest bonus is leaving that toxic environment. Why you asking these kind of questions?
When I was at ford those number was around 50% factor and even some years lower
Assuming you are GSR8 the target is around 9k and you leave half year so we are taking about $2225??? Dont forget the tax amount body
You definitely don’t get a bonus if you are laid off.
If you get laid off, yes
If you retire, yes
If you quit, no
