Does anyone know how much time they will pay for severance? Any buyout packages exist?

I’m hearing 2 years.
I have heard of those with less time receiving a year somehow. One was less than 15 & offered a year. Anyone know of these circumstances?
@vffw+1hOl6JI8 they usually give 2 weeks for each year of service. someone who has been with the company 25 years would get 52 weeks paid. anyone who has been with the company longer than 25 years would get 52 weeks as well.
How have those that have gotten a year severance achieved that? Some get 1-2 weeks, but haven’t cracked the year code. What’s the secret?
What retirement?! Unless you are a supervisor or manager or hired before 1998, you can forget seeing any kind of decent retirement. Frontline, coordinators and admins are riding the caboose on the retirement train, but put out most of the work. If you haven't been taking advantage of the 401K matching program, that's probably your only hope of a retirement from PepsiCo. The matching 401K was decent back in the day, but even that has taken a nosedive like everything else here.
I got paid for a year with full health benefits. It was great, I still got paid and didn't have to go into that toxic office anymore and deal with all the toxic personalities. I recommend it !
I have heard 2weeks for each year max of 1 year. I have also heard of 18 months and 24 months. I think health benefits continue along with the check, but I would make sure of that
Yup, 2 weeks for every year. That's been the standard for a while unless you were management with a lot of tenure. Then it was usually a full year with health benefits.
it is usually 2 weeks for each year of service
