Things are not getting better, they're getting worse. New people who are being hired don't know what they're doing and they don't seem too eager to learn so it's usually on the few of us who are still here to try and keep the place running. And as more and more seasoned employees leave, that's becoming harder and harder. No wonder the company is going under.

After working here for so long I cannot honestly recommend this place is a good environment to be in. No support and no future and the pay isn't good either!
How is that a snarky question again?
Jobs are fairly easy to find these days..then again if you call someone snarky during the interview it probably wont go over too well. Some of us accept what is going on ..and not complain constantly.
Hot topic can’t ask anyone to do their job because of backlash of race, creed or other. Everyone is screwed. I look at you differently you run to Mgmt & HR. I talk to you in a way you are offended but I didn’t offend I just gave you your job description but you were offended anyway. You don’t like your job so you complain to Mgmt & HR about the coworker you work with so you can change your job. You talk to Mgmt & HR about being asked to do too much but that is the job you were offended when you started.
Asked a cashier to dust a little up front and she said she doesn't get paid enough. Was told by SM not to push the issue due to their race. We are screwed.
People who always ask why not just leave are the ones who really think BBB will turn around and their job is safe. They are too afraid to leave because they haven't worked anyplace else and don't know how to do anything else. Yet when the company does another round of layoffs and they are suddenly without a job they won't ask themselves that same question.
Because jobs are not so easy to find all the time...
what kinda snarky ahole question is that ?
If you are so frustrated ..why not leave?
