This, in my opinion does not look good.

They are staffing by spreadsheet.
They don’t care.
It’s all BS.
Supervisors are basically key carrying associates at this point. We manage on the weekends but are pretty much the coverage during the week. It makes you wonder if they will just start replacing us and make it just a FT position with keys and pay less. I recently saw the supervisor role listed as FT supervisor/store leader.
Keys should be open- any day, any shift.
Corporate should pay for that level of responsibility.
Full time is supposed to have open availability anyone. Especially supervisors.
Was led to believe staffing was supposed to be 40/60~ 40% full time 60% part time
Last year they we talking about having full timers hrs reduced or asking some Full timers to switch to part time- and open availability
Is this just for FT ? What about supervisors?
Amount of time you’ve been with the company won’t make you exempt. If you don’t change your availability, they’ll do for you. Needs of the business
Are they actually trying to have more long-term workers quit? There is not going to be anyone decent left in the stores. It' bad enough that those who are still here have no future with this company. Why would anyone take a job with this company?
Sorry but being with the company for 19 years I will not be changing my availability!!
It means conversations are taking place with full time associates that they have to open their availability, be willing to do all job functions that the store may require and possibly move to another store. Hours only guaranteed to 35. Some store managers are being told they will not have a full time position based on volume. That’s what is going on this week.
I think this person posts everyday, always something vague with no explanation.
what does staffing guidance mean?
It has started the end
