Just Curious the title is basically my post, I left about a year ago to pursue something way different than what I was doing. When I left it was an absolute dumpster fire of call backs on claim errors, and policy holders obviously finding those discrepancies not too happy they were getting or got short changed. I was running out of vocabulary to even explain how common sense mistakes were made. Even had customers finding the mistakes and being their own adjustors, it was honestly kind of embarrassing to even navigate those situations, and a tad embarrassing I was force associated to it just through the same job/employer.
The thought has been living in my head rent free, and was informed by management numerous times they were hiring/training to combat the issue. I never saw or met a new CA or CS.
Just curious if anything changed at all.
