Don't let them convince you that the grass isn't greener somewhere else. That's exactly what they've been doing lately.
Ask anyone else though, ask those who worked here and left. Most of those who left would never think of coming back here again. In fact, I don't know anyone who wants to go back to SF.

trust me...State Farm is the best insurance company to work for

Been with the Farm well over 20. I have worked my a-s off, had great managers, none of which I would not go back and work for again. We got away from training like we used to. We USED TO BE the best trained in the Industry. I recall getting calls from another insurance co offering 8k more during my 4th yr. Work is what you make of it. Some can do the work but their work ethic sucks. Some can do the work but bi--h and whine so much, they should go check the grass elsewhere.
Back to reality, you know the one where no one is forced to work at SF or anyplace else. That’s the elephant in the room when you fools post this type of nonsense.
Somehow or the other the “grass is greener on the other side” but you and those like you stay worrying about this side. Make it make sense.
Me thinks misery wants company.
Well, except for the numerous posters here who say it’s just as bad elsewhere. But that doesn’t fit OP’s narrative about what “ they” are doing.
Don't tell them jack. They'll use it against you. They don't tell you their info, so don't give the pr*ck the satisfaction!
If you actually left, which I highly doubt, how do know “they have been lately trying to convince people the grass is not greener.
