Xerox made one of the worst decisions I've ever seen them make. I've worked for CBS and under Jay Cartisano leadership for 9 years and he was one of the best Presidents and cared so much for his CBS family. I hope he knows what a difference he has made for many who have worked for CBS, we will not be the same without him. I have grown so much because of Jay and owe a huge thank you to his leadership. I'm devastated by this news and it has completely changed my views of Xerox and the decisions they are making.

Wilson & Jay are industry legends along with Dan Cooper & Jim Morrissey. Xerox keeps pushing out the best and putting decisions in the hands of people that look down on the rest of us.
Xerox hasn't been doing well for a while. Time to clean house. Even the nicest people will have to go. Don't be surprised if they bring aboard this a$$ho-e to get rid of the fat.
What really makes me wonder is that with all the executive and management turnover how the persist on this path toward failure.
If this is what it took for you to completely change your views of Xerox and the decisions they are making (after nine years), then oof, WOW and bless your little heart.
