Most the tenured employees we had at my store I would be very reluctant to hand any keys to. They managed to avoid real responsibility for the past 20 years!

SSL basically an hourly making a dollar more an hr to carry keys .ASM thing of the past. The term manager is not being used think about it who are you managing yourself? Really a cost cutting measure that most other retailers already use.

Yrs ago a manager told me eventually it will be the SM and all PT employees. Makes sense with zipline in place to keep everyone on track.
