Can we please consolidate all the lawsuit information here? It will be good to have it all in one place. Plus, the board is getting cluttered and other information is getting lost. The lawsuit is important and it will have far-reaching consequences, but it's not the only important thing regarding the company right now.

That’s exactly the point of this thread. If you have some info about the lawsuits, share it here and let the mods worry about keeping it clean.

This forum is being astroturfed by the class action lawyers (or someone) to create fear, uncertainty, and doubt within 3M and they will certainly not respect the request to keep all the earplug stuff in one post. I do appreciate the request to do so, don’t see how it’s possible without a moderator or someone, though.
Judge Rogers is aggressive with the case . Don’t think that this is going to end good for the company.
