There are many pretenders but in reality I think that the percentage of those who really take their work seriously here is relatively minor.

I take my service to the customer seriously but I don't stress any more. Every day is casual again.
I use to very much. Not so much anymore. I always laugh when other employees start flipping out and demanding things be fixed or escalated. Then I have to be like I think your expectations are way too high. All the work is outsourced so is often wrong and the people to fix it are no longer here.
Friday: No care day !
