What’s next in the fleecing of the Lowe’s store level employees? What is the next position to go away? Another specialist? Will they get rid of the in Home Sales program? They already destroyed the install program by eliminating the store level Production Office several years ago. How about getting rid of these District “Managers”? The ones whose sole purpose is to play “gotcha”. They already drove out the old school guys. All HD, JC Penney d-bags now.

They will cut more FT staff in stores to PT. It has to be why he did the 4 day work week. He doesn't care about work life balance for the minions! The 4 day work week was a nice annoucement to make before earnings call. After the call, brace yo selves!
I think a target will be a minimum purchase total in order to use employee and military discounts.
Sales specialists and that monthly bonus is a big juicy target.

Just remember--when corporations need to reduce costs, the cuts are always in the stores, never in the corporate offices or regional/area management ranks. Don't you know we can't do anything without those guys and girls!!(NOT)
They need to bring back the bathroom specialist.
