“Insert Department Here” management sucks at CHK.

What else to say about a team where:

• the advisors are all demoted managers with no technical knowledge
• the legit advisors were fired because of their critical and unbiased thinking
• nepotism still reigns unperturbed (Loxherthon’s case is disconcerting)
• any engineer can get a vendor buddy to write a propaganda paper with their name, and magically they become SME.
