Would 3m give a fair settlement value to veterans? Would the lawyers push back in case an unfair settlement value is given? Would the media cover the settlement? Where will the company pay PFAS fines if it loses everything here?

Turns out there was a patent infringement that got 3M into this mess. The infringement happened in 2011 with another company. The company knew the weaknesses in their product and in 2018 they connected with one law firm.
No mediation this weekend. That website is wrong on alot of stuff
