Ever since I started working here more than seven years ago, I have never dealt with more difficult customers. This means that customers are increasingly dissatisfied with Allstate. Have you too noticed that they are increasingly dissatisfied?

Why at local office I constantly get called by customers who can’t get the help they need from 800 allstate. Allstate us3d to assign new policies to local offices but now reimagining keeping direct sales. I have helped them but the owners hear this and ask why am I paying you to help customers that aren’t assigned to us and saying I felt bad for them doesn’t help independent owners keep the lights on.
Just wait until ALL service is at a vendor (Mexico, South Africa, Philippines and India). The service will be horrible. What I think is a little ironic is that if you’ve been around long enough, you already k ow this will fail. We’ve tried doing UL phone work overseas before and had to bring it back and only allow processing overseas. It took about 5 years to learn it the first time. Wonder how long this round…unfortunately there won’t be anyone left in the company that understands it enough to pick it back up quickly.
Great job trolling. There is one born every minute.
I’m begging you as workers please put some elbow grease into your work so we can make this a better company. Also to make Tom and Glenn proud. And if they’re proud the customers will be happy too. I work 7 days a week counting my own time and I feel better off for it knowing this. Tomorrow, Saturday may be a day off for many of you but it a full work day for me of my own choosing. Sunday too.
They’re in for a rude awakening. They think it’s bad now!???
This is all over not just allstate. People expect more.
It’s been going on a lot longer than we have been using the overseas folks. Unfortunately Allstate built its business on great service at higher rates. Now it’s way different. Rates are still high but the service hasn’t kept pace
This is the result of laying off the good employees and shipping jobs to India. You get what you pay for.
