Well, Biden appointed his PEB. No strike yet. The railway labor act makes our unions pointless. Without the ability to strike, there’s not going to be any change or any favorable contract for the labor side. What’s the damn point? We all know labor is going to end up with all of the concessions. It doesn’t matter who is in “power.” They’re all the same. In the end, the workers get screwed.

This is it folks. There will be no strike. The company may not be about to get everything that they want but they will end up being the big winners with the PEB. Better stay marked up and come to work for the rest of the summer because it very well may be your last chance to make anything that resembles real money.

Nobody had any ba--s before psr and now since they're down to a skeleton force they surely don't. Everyone that's left is still out for themselves and STILL don't care about anyone. Take what you get and like it as always.

Congress can only make the strike illegal, but that won’t end the strike. $45/hr, another weeks vacation and no insurance premium increases, anything less and the strike continues. Legal or otherwise.

The President will appoint a PEB,hearings 30 days,30days for review. Unions will vote on PEB recommendation. If agreement turned down, then there will be a short strike, Congeess will make a forced agreement.
