I have noticed lot of new companies out there selling the same kit and doing well.

quality is always the deciding factor when it comes to costumers you start having everything made in china your quality goes down their for costumers can not count on a good tool any longer bring back quality and otd and you will bring back customers cheaper is not always better especially when the operating cost of a rig is so high they cant afford to be down over a defective tool
Way too expensive for R&M
Wft salesmen have a bad habit of getting in the way
RFID are more interested in their coffee making kit than tools. Sure they gave the expresso maker a Windchill number once.
Salesmen lol.mostly just in the way
Have to agree, sales team are not the best. When I think back sales were never in the office always out chasing down work. They now sit around till contracts or enquiries come in.
Weatherford sales is what happened. They win the prize every year for underperformance, laziness and four hour lunches, never visiting clients and being totally clueless about our equipment and services.
They have no incentive to perform, as they’re never on a RiF list, always get their bonuses and are basically untouchable despite their horrendous track record.
Take a look on LinkedIn and look at the other service companies winning contracts everywhere, then take a look at Weatherford, celebrating g-y pride and womens rights and anything other than winning contracts. Pathetic.
Nothing good is cheap, and nothing cheap is good
