Don't be one of the people who end up stuck in a years-long wait for things to improve because they're too scared to take their fate into their own hands and leave for greener pastures. I'm still here because I still enjoy my job and I'm paid well for it, but I know a lot of people who hate working here and are profoundly unhappy because of it. Do yourself a favor and don't become like them. Move on.

Thanks HR for the lame advice.
( FYI Before you move on !!! ) Be very careful how they code your layoff package some people say half goes to taxes. Also make sure about medical insurance that is a deal breaker !
