I know this is UP stuff but there hiring second chance now at UP… if you have a jail or prison record they will hire you also… now my question is you think J.C.E. will forgive the thieves !!! Hahahahahah let us see what NS does next in this sh-t show!!!!! This is 100 percent management fault….. the employees are willing to work.. you just have to call them back from the PSR layoffs hahaha it’s that easy !!!!

I like that felons are getting a chance. I've never seen the wisdom in judging a man forever based on the lowest point in his life. We're not animals. We have the ability to learn and grow and change and improve ourselves. From a practical standpoint, a good job is one of the best ways to keep a felon from returning to prison.
Felons, hard-core felons, have been hired at NS. Just ask the one CT who has a 25 year stint in prison
People with minor criminal records shouldn’t be overlooked. I know a lot of people with records who are great craftsmen. Plus I know a lot of employees who do illegal stuff anyways so what does it matter ?
