Put controls back in the stores

Please whoever reads these posts from corporate. The stores need to go back to ordering. They are out of touch with what we need in the store. I literally have 82 large dish racks but no plastic mat to put under them. I had to listen to a 5 minute rank from a customer who threw the racks on the floor and left. We need irons, ironing boards, dish towels, water filters , hangers, mattress pads. Bring this stuff back in and the customers will buy.

and don't forget, on the rare occasion we do get something in people want, it's out the door from SFS the next day; one of our better selling items in my store is the cirkul water bottles. we got in 24 this week, 12 clear and 12 not, and the next morning after closing the truck, had to pull all 12 clear bottles for SFS. let's say a customer looked online that night, saw we had them in stock, then came in the next morning and they were all gone; not only does that hurt precious conversion numbers, but if i were that customer, i probably wouldn't even bother coming in to check for something the next time.

Yes, set sales goals but give the stores nothing of value to sell. The last three years has been a nightmare and a long-drawn-out death for this company. We have been going in the wrong direction for far too long and I don't think it's even possible for us to be successful/profitable in the near future.

How are we going to get most of those things if BBBY is already having problems paying vendors?? They've cut back store hours, cut staff hours, they definitely HAVE been cutting back on AC... we're closing stores and are being sued for nonpayment of rent. BBBY is broke and surely busted. Nobody from corporate is reading anything on here. Even if they were aware of this site's existence, they get paid no matter what. Get serious and be real. This company is in deep sh@t and it most likely will not bounce back. Get your resume together and put it out there. You're holding onto hope where this now. We've been told for months that hours would pick up and things would get back to normal. Lies. Either people are lying or they're just plain naive and stupid.

While you're at it putting the basics back into the stores, bring back the coupons or reduce the prices to a realistic level!
