At a big debate with myself on if i should just resign to leave this office life behind me. Sigh I really like bofa but the RTO IS NOT for me. I really tried to give them a chance to make things right

There are three Bangalore folks waiting to send a blast email to my remaining teammates either asking them how to do my job or asking them if they could do my former job so the Bangalore people could take credit for it.
I was hired to do a job that’s now requiring me to do 10 different jobs at the same pay since B of A can’t retain it’s employees. Looks like we’re just two entities exploiting each other to me. I’m definitely not the only one that’s going to be getting dikked around. Oh and they can have my position, that’s kinda the point. If you’re a corporate sheep just say that.

Even someone who LOVES the office may hate the current situation. Many of the best engineers have left and there is no one remaining who in themselves is a draw to work with and makes me want to stay.
I’ve had this same debate, so I totally feel you. You don’t have to resign though. You can finesse the system & continue to work from home until you can move on to bigger & better things.
